T:Good job.Today we are going to learn another cultural relic.Look at the two pictures on pages1—2;do you know what it is called?

T:Ok,today I will take you to walk into the world of the Amber Room to feel its grandiosity and history.please read the paregraph first quickly and try to answer my questions.It tells the strange history of the Amber Room,a cultural relic of two countries:Germany and Russia.Why is it called the Amber Room?What happened to the Amber Room?

S1:The Amber Room has a strange history and something about its design and building.

S2:The history of the Amber Room and its founctions in Russia.

S3:CatherineⅡthe Amber room moved to the palace outside St Petersburg and it became one of the great wonders.

S4:The Nazi German army syole the Amber Room in 1941.After that what really happened to it remains a mystery.

S5:The Russians and Germans have built a New Amber Room at the summer palace,following the old photos.
